Accessing Services

HPC accepts all clients with housing issues from the eight towns of the Lower Cape, from Harwich to Provincetown. There is no charge or other consideration for any services.

HPC works with several other agencies to provide clients with services we do not provide and to ensure the best possible chance for you to continue living in your home.

Orleans Office:

You are encouraged to come into our office and sit with a case manager to discuss your situation in private. Initial contact as well as much of the follow-up can also be done by phone. Services are provided primarily from our offices in Orleans. When necessary, case managers will visit you at your home.

Our Orleans office hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4 pm.

Outer Cape Office:

For our Outer Cape clients, we have an office in the Provincetown United Methodist Church co-located with the Soup Kitchen In Provincetown (SKIP) office. An on-site case worker can provide information, advice and casework as needed. This office provides privacy for people in need of an early appointment prior to the Soup Kitchen hours.
