Core Program
Our core program consists of professional case management and long-term counseling and guidance if you are at risk of becoming homeless.
We believe in prevention. We will work to prevent you from becoming homeless by keeping you in your existing housing wherever
possible.
A case manager will work with you to resolve immediate problems and to create a plan that will put you on a path
to financial stability. We will help you to find and access available resources, including housing programs and funding
at government and other social service agencies. We will also help you to establish a budget, access healthcare, and will
advocate for you, including negotiation with landlords and banks for rent and mortgage adjustments, as necessary.
There is no charge for any of our services.
