Supporting Agencies
HPC works with several other agencies to provide clients with services that HPC does not provide. Some clients may be helped by more than one agency depending on specific needs, and are referred accordingly.
Services are not duplicated. Periodic meetings are held with the respective agency staffs to network and coordinate services.
HPC works mostly with the following primary agencies:
Chatham Ecumenical Council for the Homeless (CECH) for our clients that are in need of direct aid and qualify for CECH assistance. HPC manages the case for CECH.
Community Development Partnership (CDP) for our clients that are in need of housing rehab, small business workshops, etc.
Housing for Every Cape Household (HECH) for our clients who qualify for HECH housing, direct assistance or day care.
Housing Assistance Corporation (HAC) for our clients who are eligible for Section 8 Housing Certificates, RAFT and Prevention Funds, Foreclosure Prevention Counseling, Housing Weatherization and Homeless Shelter Services.
Lower Cape Outreach Council (LCOC) for our clients that are in need of direct aid and qualify for LCOC assistance.
Gosnold on Cape Cod for our clients with substance abuse issues.
St. Vincent DePaul (SVDP) Societies located on the Lower Cape for our clients that are in need of direct aid and qualify for SVDP assistance.
Soup Kitchen in Provincetown (SKIP). HPC was instrumental in starting SKIP, and a case manager visits once per week.
